E. Clark White…
has been managing affordable and conventional housing since 1982 when he began his career in South Dakota. Following eight years of service, he accepted an Asset Manager position with a national real estate syndication company in California. Mr. White held that position for two years before being promoted to the Director of Property Management, responsible for the oversight of a $750m portfolio of fee and affiliate-managed communities located in more than thirty states. In 1995, Mr. White was promoted to Vice President of the affiliate management company and continued in that position for nine years. In 2006 the Integrity Management Company was established to provide a wide variety of property management services in affordable and conventional settings. Mr. White has excellent leadership, communication, and personnel skills. He truly values teamwork. He is experienced in all facets of property management and is knowledgeable in property acquisition, disposition, legal, and ownership. Clark White brings a wealth of integrity, common sense, and creativity to the affordable housing industry.
Christopher Jordan…
has more than 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and whose initial work was primarily with state and local government agencies in the formation, maintenance, and licensing of various ownership entities. Mr. Jordan is familiar with transactional aspects related to acquiring, refinancing, retaining, and the selling of multi-family housing assets and has performed duties as a liaison with national law firms, commercial banks, and investors.
Mr. Jordan has been instrumental in both contract and title review matters, currently handles personnel, payroll, and all labor related activities for the company, and is a co-owner in affordable housing properties. Mr. Jordan holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology, as well as a Minnesota R.E. license.
Deborah Mitchell…
began real estate management in 1984 on a 48-unit rural development community located in Portland, Tennessee. In 1989, Ms. Mitchell accepted a Regional Manager position and managed as many as seventeen properties in eight states. During her career in property management, Ms. Mitchell has acquired the ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) certification, is currently a CPM Candidate, holds her Affiliate Broker License with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and she is also a Tax Credit Certified Specialist. In addition to continuing her education with the real estate commission, Ms. Mitchell has completed classes in Business Management with the National Education Corporation.
