The Integrity Management Company Statement

Integrity Management Company (IMC) was founded in 2006 based on the belief our team can make a tangible difference in affordable and conventional housing management. We apply a philosophy consistent with our company motto “… striking a balance…”; we provide owners with the investment results they seek while creating an atmosphere of service and integrity our residents deserve and can expect.

The principals of IMC have extensive experience in affordable and conventional housing beginning in 1982, have worked with Federal, State and local agencies throughout the United States and as far away as the Territory of Guam. But, at the end of the day, IMC is a small and personal company whose goal is to personalize service and achieve agreed upon objectives.

We are a hands-on, full service, affordable management option for customers who seek honesty, intelligence and determination applied through an unprecedented level of commitment.
